I am very honored to say that I have him as a father and with that all of the glorious memories to pass along. Tim has touched 3 generations of the F & M family. He greatly contributed in making a small company what it is today.... with his patience, great attitude, quirky sense of humor and his silent leadership in taking care of all things big & small. He always took care of our dad, Matteo, (THE F&M) with whatever he needed fixed, be it his 40 year old Johnson lawnmower or his 20 year old dump truck. Tim always did whatever it took to keep my dad happy and his equipment running smoothly.
Tim was also a great mentor to our children. Tim has played a big role in guiding and teaching Mark Anthony, Jacquelynn & Matthew how to work on equipment and showed an excellent example of a good work ethic Tim's gentle nature, guidance and awesome sense of humor helped my children be the respectful young people they are today.
(And teaching them oil & grease can be a fashion accessory!)
We love him and he will be greatly missed!!
