My Sincerest Condolences to Susie and Family. Dick was a Great man and he will be sadly missed. Susie and Dick lit up the room every time they were in my establishment. I enjoyed their presence immensely and the conversations we would have. They were good for each other and you could see they cared for one another very deeply. We will miss you Dick, RIP.
In 1981 I was a white ticket boilermaker welder working for Bechtel. I think Dick was the head guy up at the top of the power plant I remember Bob Buffalo Spears sending some young kid all the way up to that I imagine 10th floor and and he said you go up there and you find a guy called Dick and you tell him you got to have a couple Schulte nuts. I don't know how many stairs that kid climbed but there was a lot of stairs. He came back probably an hour later embarrassed I don't know what dick thought he probably got a chuckle out of it. Those were the days he was a good person I met him once in person on that job site.
Susie and family, so sorry for your loss. Dick was a great guy and we were so happy when the two of you found each other. You were perfect together. Prayers to you all.
What a terrific guy he was, if I ran into him anywhere, we usually spent the rest of the evening chatting it up and having a good time. Hard to believe such a caring and gentle man has left us!
