Paul was a very good friend of mine. We enjoyed alot of things together like fishing, we would sneak off for double cheeseburgers , cokes and fries. We'd be working on lawnmowers , tractors and woodworking . I learned alot from this very smart man just by watching him do things. Good friend and a very caring family man. I will miss him very much. You were my best friend, from an old soldier Jon.
I worked with Paul at The Home Depot in Utica, and he was one of the finest people that I ever worked with. Many fond memories of him and he will be missed!!! Good bye my friend!!
Paul and I would text back and forth about the Army and VFW & veterans and how how my dad and his dad loved to ice fish and doc fell asleep in the fish shanty when a muskrat came up thru the hole crawled up his leg doc woke up ran rite thru the shanty wall didn't know what had his leg. We all laughed but it messed up the side of the shanty on Algoe Lake.
So sorry to hear about Paul. Model A Fords were always something we talked about. Remember the ride to school in his dump truck. Lots of good memories. I still remember the Klondike derby sled we built out at his dads. Sadly missed.
Ricky (that is who he will always be to me) Grayce and I were neighbors and great friends. When we were about 7 or 8 Ricky threw a rock over the fence and it hit me in the head. The next morning Grayce was literally dragging him to my door to apologize, which he haltingly did, and then we walked to school.
