Marvin was a friend from school days in Marine City. He always had a smile on his face, a silly joke and a contagious laugh. My condolences to Marv's family, he was a very special person and will be missed.
Kathy, Andrea and Josh. We are so terribly sorry to hear of the passing of Marvin. While we didn't know him well we saw what a kind man he was and how much he loved his family. He and Kathy raised two wonderful children, a tribute to them both. Mike and Elaine Pelletier

My Condolences to the Markel family. Marv was a great Father, Husband and friend. He was always seen supporting his kids at sporting events. I came to know Marvin when he came to me as a neighbor and I would give him rides to work, he was always positive, upbeat and funny! He will be missed!

Marvin, you were my friend going back to high school. We shared a lot of laughs together back then at work and having fun at concerts and just hanging out. I'll never forget those times and I'll never forget you. You are already missed.
