I had the privilege of teaching with Len twice in my career; once in Algonac and once at Holy Cross High School. He was one of the friendliest teachers on the staff. He loved to visit with people, especially the students. He was truly interested in them as individuals. He was a good man. May he rest in peace, and, maybe have a chance to play hockey in heaven.
Mr. C was my teacher and coach. He was the coach that got me excited about basketball.. and the teacher that truly believed in me. Thanks Mr C. You were a wonderful human who will not be forgotten.,
Mr. C was the coolest teacher ever! He always had a great smile and was a good conversationalist. He sure made a lot of great memories with everyone who knew him. RIP Mr. C. You will be missed 😢

RIP Leonard. Spent many seasons together back and forth to hockey. We were playing in Fraser and we didn’t list a team name so the league assigned us as “The Leonard’s”
Mr C was always a respected, gentle man that was respected by all he came in contact with. I appreciated him as my teacher, and enjoyed his friendship as an adult. He will be sorely missed.
So sorry to hear of his passing. I remember him teaching at Algonac High School while I was a student there, and more recently, he'd stop and chat with us while he was out on his daily walks. Shared a lot of memories. May he rest in peace. Larry & Cheryl (Meldrum) Koehn.
Mr. C was a teacher/coach at Holy Cross High School aka Cardinal Mooney in Marine City. We had so much fun in his classes always talking about baseball/softball and football. He was a great man and will be missed by many. RIP Mr. C
