I am so sad to hear of the passing of Jean. We shared so many wonderful times growing up in Fraser. I cherish those memories. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends.
So sad to hear of Jeannie’s passing. I will never forget the fun years I spent babysitting for Jeannie and Mike. She always had a way of making me feel like I was completely grown up and right on her level, more like a friend than a younger babysitter. She was a great mom and Mikey was definitely her world. The fact that she trusted me 100% with him, meant a lot because I knew that didn’t apply to everybody, and that made me feel really special. I learned a lot from Jean about dedication to family and the importance of making people feel like they fit in. At a time in my life when I really needed to feel that, I did with her. I remember she was very close to her mom but also to her mother-in-law and together they had this cynical (in a very funny way) sense of humor that was just so hysterical you couldn’t help from laughing. Although I haven’t seen her in many years, she’s definitely a person who impacted my young life in a very positive way, and I am very grateful for having known her. I pray that she is with Jesus in a brand new heavenly body and out of all pain and suffering. With Love, Terry Parrish
