When you call someone Uncle Jim and your not even related, it kind of tells the whole story. He was a great mentor, was always upbeat and positive. I never saw him have a bad day. He loved life and he loved to laugh. I will miss him and I loved him very much
Uncle Jim was more like a Brother then an uncle. My mother and I lived with Elizebeth and Patsy and Jimmy and Grandpa Bill till I was 3.5 years old when my father Mark came home from the military. All thru my teens we hunted and fished together making many fond memeorie’s. He will be missed for a long time.

Jimmy was one of the kindest men around. GREAT story teller of old times with my father and uncle of their years growing up together and the trouble they got into...true belly laugh stories. I can picture him now at the island driving around on his lawn mower with his knee long black socks. He will be sorely missed.
