Jim did like to ride his Triumph, on one particular day we rode to the gravel pit on Masonic in St. Clair Shores where there were several bike trails. I was a passenger on the back of his bike and we were about 5 feet from the water in the gravel pit when we hit a deep crevice in the clay and the Triumph jack-knifed and threw us both into the freezing cold water. We laughed our sides sick and he said for me to get back on the bike and if I didn't
I would never ride on the bike again. He was right, we were both soaking wet and still laughing, what a rush that was. LoL We met in the late 50's and remained friends ever since. With love, Nancy
