Jacob Anthony Siudym II 07/14/1965 – 06/08/2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jacob Anthony Siudym II who died on June 8, 2026 at the age of 60 in St. Augustine, FL with his family by his side.
Jake was born on July 14, 1965 in St Clair, MI to Jacob and Joyce Siudym. He grew up in St Clair, MI and attended St Mary’s Catholic School and Holy Cross High School. He went on to choose a career as a tool and die maker with STANLEY Engineered Fastening.
Jake will be remembered for his kindness, humor, and generous spirit. He had a gift for making people laugh and was always ready to lend a helping hand.
Jake loved hunting, playing golf, restoring and driving his classic cars, traveling, playing cards with friends, and, most of all, spending time with his family. Through these interests, Jake created many happy memories with the people he loved most.
Those who knew Jake will also remember his remarkable courage, bravery, and the extraordinary strength he showed throughout his heart and lung transplant and recovery. His endurance and spirit made him truly one of a kind.
Jake is survived by wife, Lynn Maxhimer Siudym, his sisters Peggy Lang and Mary Michelsen and their families. He was proceeded in death by his parents and sister Carol.
A celebration of life will be held at noon on June 27, 2026 at Young Funeral Home in East China. Those who wish to visit with family will have the opportunity from 10am-Noon.
