Franz Richard Ankrapp (82), a Life-long Columbus Twp. resident, died peacefully 04/01/17. Survived by daughters Deborah (Russel) Reichenbach and Sandra Ankrapp (Tom Skupny); grandchildren Kimberly (Tony) Domerese and Stephanie Pra Read Obituary
Franz and I were classmates from Kindergarten through 8th Grade and became good friends. When Franz turned 16, he bought his first car and we would go for rides sometimes including girls. We thought we were cool! Although I haven't lived in Columbus Township since High School, my trips home were always brightened by the chance I might see Franz. I will miss his friendship.

I remember Mr. Ankrapp as being deeply dedicated to his country and farming. The time I spent at his and Mrs. Ankrapp's home with Sandra and Deb were some of the best of my life.
To Deb, Sandra and all of the Ankrapp and Jaworski family members and friends please accept our deepest sympathy in the loss of your family member and friend.
