Eva Mae "Peggy" Garbe's Obituary
Eva Mae "Peggy" Garbe, age 101, of St. Clair, died May 9, 2012. She was born September 13, 1910 in Shoals, Indiana. Peggy was a Michigan Bell Telephone Retiree following 35 years of service.
She is survived by her son and daughter in law; Paul and Sylvia Garbe, three grandchildren; Victoria (Tom) Crozier, Elizabeth (jeff) Kaufman and Mark Garbe, great grandchildren; Ashley, Jake, Evan, Jude and Ting-Chien, sister; Lucille Speer, brothers Clyde and Keith Tedrow, special niece Debbie Coleman and close friends; Margaret and Gary Nizza.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday May 12th at 10:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours are Friday 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00. A private family interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Detroit. Memorials may be made to the Michigan Humane Society.
