I've been thinking about Bill and all of you during this sad time. I'm sincerely sorry for your loss, but I'm grateful I had the opportunity to meet him and all of you. A person's true colors tend to come out when they are ill, and I saw Bill's. He was a fighter with a good work ethic, not one to complain, and one to always show his appreciation no matter how he was feeling. And while I've only known him a short time, I feel like I caught a glimpse of his amazing character. Bill was a model patient and an admirable person. I'm quite certain he's back at full strength now and is on a tour of all the golf courses heaven has to offer.
My prayers are with all of you as you work through this time of loss. And I tip my hat to a loving family who worked together during some challenging times over the past year.
