David L. Clink's Obituary
David L. Clink, age 84, of St.Clair passed away on July 8, 2013. He was born to the late Stephen and Ima Clink on December 31, 1928 in Memphis. He served with the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict. He married Helen Wheeler in 1953. She preceded him in death in 2000. In 2003 he married Marion Bochatyn. He was a master mechanic and was a avid racing fan. He also enjoyed hunting and woodworking. He retired as a supervisor with Detroit Edison.
He is survived by his wife; Marion Bochatyn-Clink, children; Patrica Clink, Jayne (Paul) Sykes, Susan (John) Mikel, Lynn (John) Marsland, Gregg (Marci) Clink, grandchildren; Tricia, Kaitlyn, James, Aaron, Helen, Jenni, and Kyle, great-grandson; Noah. He is also survived by step-children; RuthAnn (Mike) Wuschack, Penny (Rob) Bushay, Terri( Robert) Christoff, 6 step-grandchildren, 7 step- great-grandchildren, and his sister; Elizabeth Whepley. He was preceded in death by his brother; Hubert, sisters; Hazel and Vera, and sister-in-law; Millie.
Services will be held Saturday, July 12 at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours will be Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Memorials may be given to choice of donor. www.youngcolonial.com
