Did I miss it somewhere? DID Craig Seaman post here or any ware about the loss of his mistress that replaced his wife that is still alive and well today 6/04/2022?
My sympathy to the family. I remember Carole as a cute pesty little girl growing up when you folks lived on Mulberry and we were on Thornapple. Sounds like she had a productive satisfying life. I’m sure she will be sadly missed. Prayers going up.
I met Carol and Craig playing pickle ball in St. Clair several years ago and since then had grown to know them both and developed quite a friendship. Carol was a tremendous competitor and took great delight in beating up on (especially) the men players. I would meet them on the bike path, near the middle school as they walked their 5 dogs. Those dogs were never leashed and followed her every command. I tried to persuade her to take a 6th dog (ours) and teach him what she had taught theirs. Carol called and we spoke to her for the last time over the telephone, about two weeks before she passed. She was saying good bye to my wife and I and that she loved us. We will miss you.

Carol was such a fun filled, full of adventure, wonderful person. We loved getting together with the CMU roomies and always having an amazing time. Carol will be missed greatly but we will try to carry on her fun filled and adventure loving spirit with us.
I remember when I was working at SCHS in the lunchroom when Carol was teaching there. She would come in and help us on some of her free time. If she saw some students doing something they shouldn't be, she would let out a whistle and you could hear a pin drop. Wow, could that woman whistle! I told her it sounded just like my dad when he would want us to come home. RIP lovely lady. Prayers to the family.
Craig and family,
We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Carol. You are in our thoughts and prayers. May God comfort you during this very difficult time. Our sincere condolences.

Our dads taught school together. So our families have been friends since the 1950s. I have known Carol my whole life - going back to when she babysat my brothers and me to seeing Carol and her mom at the Four Star a few months ago. It seems like yesterday. Her passing makes me sad, of course, but also grateful for people like Carol and her family that made up the goodness in our lives, and still do.
