Diana Arnold
Aunt Betty, you were the best. Sharp as a tack on area history, hands that worked rings around the rest of us, and a heart of Faith that inspired Eric and I to be better people. You worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and only chuckled saying it was OK when you didn't get credit. For spending time with dad, after mom got dementia, then passed away. Thank you for loving us. It was a privilege to know you.
Thank you especially for taking care of mom and her emotional needs, for two to three hour calls with her daily, and the shopping trips every Thursday after uncle Ray got paid. Thank you for memories of singing with the family while you played organ or piano. Thanks for the lessons, btw! For letting me clean your house for pin money as a teen. Thanks for the best cousin in the world. For all those prayers for me. I always thought yours would count more than mine, because surely you are among God's most beloved daughters. I miss you every day. Eric and I can feel you with us, and get strength from you. I love you today and forever.
