William "Bill" VanBuskirk's Obituary
William "Bill" VanBuskirk, age 57, of Marine City, died January 22, 2011. He was born April 20, 1953 in Mount Clemens to the late Willis and Shirley VanBuskirk.
On June 24, 1988 Bill married Aly.
Bill was an active member of Pipefitters Local 636. He was also active with Special Olympics Michigan and Life Skills Center Inc. He was a member of the National Rifle Assoc. and Perch Point Conservation Club.
He is survived by his wife Aly VanBuskirk, children; Kristin (Nathan) Cavalli and Michael Jay VanBuskirk, brothers; Donald (Christine) VanBuskirk and Gary VanBuskirk, sister; Vanessa (Bruce) Hilton, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday Jan. 30th at 12:00 noon at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours are Saturday Jan. 29th 3:00 to 9:00 p.m.
In leiu of flowers memorials are suggested to Special Olympics Michigan or Life Skills Center Inc.
