William Patrick Scott "Bill"'s Obituary
William Patrick Scott “Bill”, age 66, of Marine City, passed away peacefully with his best friend and partner, Maria Giglione by his side on February 15, 2021 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Bill was born October 5, 1954 to the late Robert and Virginia Scott. He was a graduate of Marine City High School class of 1972. Bill worked as a plant manager at Greer Steel for 42 years. Bill was a movie buff and a devoted Detroit Lions fan. In his spare time, Bill enjoyed photography. He would take many photos of nature including birds, trees, and leaves.
He is survived by his children, Sarah (Jerry) Cassidy, William (Priscilla) Scott; grandchildren, Branden and Avery Cassidy, and Gabriel Scott; siblings, Robert (Valerie) Scott, Mary (Richard) Hanser, Raymond (Marge) Scott, Charlie (Joni) Scott, as well as many cousins, nephews, nieces, and special friends.
