William “Bill” Mark Lipa, age 70, of Taylor, formerly of Marine City passed away peacefully on April 16, 2024. He was born in St. Clair on July 26, 1953. Bill was as avid Nascar fan.
He is survived by his brother, Robert (Cathy) Lipa; nephew Kevin Lindke; niece, Megan (Darryl) Cary; great nieces, Oaklei Grace Lindke and Tessa Grace Cary.
He is preceded in death by his parents Virginia (Willis) Brown; brother, Danny Lipa; and father, Stanley Lipa.
