Wesley (Wes) Arthur Wykowski's Obituary
Wesley (Wes) Arthur Wykowski, age 64, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side. He is the husband of Michelle (Carly) Wykowski. They shared 38 years of marriage.
Wes was born in Detroit, Michigan, son of Dorothy and the late Arthur Wykowski. Wes went to L’Anse Creuse High School and was retired from the International UAW.
Throughout his life he had many hobbies and talents, but his greatest passion was fishing. He enjoyed fishing the Great Lakes, but loved deep sea fishing.
Wes loved his family deeply and considered them his top priority at all times. He was recently given the title of “Grandpa”, which he was so proud of.
He is survived by his wife Michelle (Carly) Wykowski; son Troy (Kayla); daughter Meredith; grandson, Luke Arthur; sister, Connie (Grant) Schwartz; brother-in-law, Dennis Doppke, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by sister, Angie Doppke.
A celebration of life for Wes will take place on Sunday, April 16th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Carmela Foods Culinary Center, 18350 15-mile road, Fraser, MI 48026.
