Virginia Rzonca's Obituary
Virginia Rzonca, age 84, went home to the Lord on February 3, 2010. She was born November 9, 1925, in St. Clair, to the late Mary (Meyers) and Edwin Trumble. She married Walter Rzonca on June 15, 1946 in St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Clair. Walter preceded her in death on April 10, 1999.
She is survived by her loving children; Thomas Rzonca, Dan Rzonca, Nancy Schott (Marty), Barbara Lord, Frank (Edwina) Rzonca, and Carrie (Cory) Kaminen, her beloved grandchildren; Joshua (Brittany) and Jacob Thompson, Jennifer (D.J.) and Jeremy Rzonca, Jack and Marianna Kaminen, Ken (Laura) Lewandowski and Lynette (Frank) Hogness. She is also survived by her great grandchildren; Madisyn and Kinsley Scheid, Erica and Elise Lewandowski, Amanda and Alyssa Hogness. Sisters; Kay Haligowski and Norma (Ray) Oles, sisters in law; Clair Rzonca and Loretta (Gordon) Nofs, and brother in law Vince Artman.
Virginia was preceded in death by a sister Bertha Artman and son in law Ron Schott.
Besides her children and grandchildren, Virginia loved crossword puzzles and gardening. She belongs to the Lapidary Club and also enjoyed ceramics.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Clair. Visiting hours are Sunday 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home and Monday 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. at the church prior to mass.
Memorials are suggested to the Crippled Childrens Camp or Kids in Distress in St. Clair.
