Violet Jean Glasgow's Obituary
Violet Jean Glasgow, age 75, peacefully went to be with the Lord on January 6, 2024. She was born February 28, 1948 to Robert and Elizabeth Beaujean. Violet was a woman of faith; she loved her Lord. She was a member of Starville Church. Violet cherished the time she spent with her family. She was a selfless person, who put others needs before her own. Her love, compassion, and willingness to give to others will be deeply missed.
She is survived by her spouse, Herbert Glasgow Jr.; children, Evonne Paul, Steven (Marcia) Schulte, Sandy Glasgow, Dwayne Glasgow; grandchildren, Michael Paul, Victoria Schulte, Matthew (Erynn) Paul, Kelsey (Josh) Glasgow, Hannah Glasgow, Devon Glasgow, Teegan Glasgow, Madison Dziubinski, Nick Lebeau; siblings, Thomas (Luanne) Beaujean, Janet (Jerry) Adamski, Millie (Larry) Behem, as well as several special nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her son, parents, brothers and sister.
A funeral service will take place Friday, January 12, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Starville Church, 7436 Starville Road, Cottrellville Twp., MI 48039. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday prior to the service at church. Violet will be laid to rest next to her son, James, in Cadillac Memorial Gardens East Cemetery, Clinton Twp.
