Viola Schneider's Obituary
Viola Marie Schneider, age 97, formerly of Smiths Creek, died January 23, 2011. She was born November 4, 1913 in Smiths Creek to the late Herman and Mayme Gracey. On October 23, 1937 Viola married Roy Schneider in Marysville. He preceded her in death June 7, 1984.
Viola graduated from Marysville High School in 1931 and was a member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church, Marysville.
She is survived by her sons; Chester (Jean) Schneider, Gordon (Sue) Schneider, and Leroy (Judy) Schneider, 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brother Clifford Gracey. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair. Visiting hours are Tuesday 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 9:00.
