Vincent J. Jolicoeur's Obituary
Vincent “Bud” Jolicoeur Jr., age 67, of Marysville, passed away January 22, 2019. He was born on February 8, 1951 to the late Vincent and Christine Jolicoeur. Bud suffered from MS for over 25 years. He is now gone from this life and his body is now free of pain and will suffer no more, he will be greatly missed by his loved ones.
Bud is a 1969 graduate of Algonac High School. He married Karen Yax on February 6, 1982. Bud’s family especially his children were his life. You would find Bud on the sidelines, coaching every sport his children were involved in.
Bud is survived by Karen, Sons; James (Kate) Jolicoeur of Richmond, MI., David (Diane) Jolicoeur of Prairie Du Sac, WI.; and daughter Kristine Buckingham of Marine City, MI.; Ten grandchildren, Madeline, Douglas, Gabrielle, Michael, Elliot, Morgan, Isabelle, Westlee, Easton, and Jude who always put a big smile on his face; sisters, Nancy Jeannette and MaryAnn (Denny) Berlin of Aus Gres, MI., along with many nieces and nephews.
The Family would like to thank the staff at Marwood Nursing and Rehab in Port Huron and McLaren Port Huron Hospital for their excellent care towards Bud.
A funeral service will be held Saturday January 26, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp., MI. Visitation will be Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Burial of ashes will be held at a later date in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Anchorville, Michigan.
