Vicki Lynn Zimmer's Obituary
Vicki Lynn Zimmer, age 71, of St. Clair, passed away September 29, 2025 at home following recent visits with family and dear friends. Vicki was born November 1, 1953 in St. Clair to John and Beatrice McLeod.
On March 23, 1973, Vicki married Ned Zimmer and they enjoyed 52 years of marriage. Vicki was a dedicated 18 years employee of East China School District working in the Personnel Department. She was a voracious reader and also enjoyed many years building memories at the cabin up north. Her true passion was any activity, especially sleepovers, with her grandchildren. It was immeasurable the amount of joy they brought into her life.
Vicki is survived by her husband, Ned Zimmer; children, Kristi (Jeremiah) Forsythe and Mike (Melissa) Zimmer; grandchildren, Dustin and Jocelyn Forsythe and Jacob and Olivia Zimmer; mother, Beatrice McLeod; siblings, John (Carla) McLeod and Nancy (Robert) Yelencich and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father, John McLeod and sister, Cheryl Hickman.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 2nd, from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. with a service at 4:30 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp.
