Verne Carl Felstow's Obituary
Verne C. Felstow, age 70, of Lenox Twp., passed away July 28, 2015. He was born on October 8, 1944 to the late Harold and Ferne Felstow. He married Carol Paquette on August 28, 1970 in Marine City. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed many things that included; golfing, hunting, bonfires, casino trips, and riding motorcycles and 4-wheelers. His greatest joy of all was time spent with his loving wife, children, and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife; Carol Felstow, children; Christine (Christopher) Ross, Charlene (Michael) Hopkins, Shawn (Danielle) Felstow, and Michelle Olko.
He is also survived by his grandchildren; Christian, Pierce, Shawn, Brooke, Jasmine, McKenna, and Jordyn, brother; Ronald (Connie) Felstow and sister; MaryLou (Barton) Doetsch, and nieces, nephews, and friends.
Services will begin at 5:30 p.m. with sharing memories followed by military honors at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 1 at Young Funeral Home, China Twp.
