Mrs. Vera Catherine Stahl's Obituary
Vera Catherine Stahl, age 95, of Columbus Twp., died June 18, 2012. She was born May 5, 1917 in Detroit to the late August and Matilda Ettinger. Vera married Edward Stahl in 1939 in Detroit, he preceded her in death in 1986.
She was a member of Crossroads Community Church, St. Clair and enjoyed crocheting, knitting and gardening.
She is survived by her sons and daughters in law; Norman and Shirley Stahl, Edward and Charlotte Stahl and Ron and Donna Stahl, 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by siblings; Paul, Helen, William, Henrietta, Velma, Marion, Frieda and Nancy.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday June 21st at 10:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Interment will be in Kittridge Cemetery, Columbus Twp. Visiting hours are Wednesday 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00. Memorials may be made to Crossroads Community Church.
