Thomas Arthur Garant Sr.'s Obituary
Thomas Arthur Garant Sr., age 70, of Casco Twp., died January 27, 2012. He was born February 15, 1941 in Detroit. On January 25, 1964 Tom married Ruth Ann Landon in Corunna, Canada. She predeceased him in 1996. Tom served in the U.S. Army from 1960 to 1963.
He is survived by his children; Thomas Jr. (Denise) Garant, David Garant (Stephanie Schmitt) and Kristine (Damon) Zucchiatti, grandchildren; Ashley, Kyla, Alexa, Remie, Chyann and Brayden.
brothers; Ernest (Mary) Garant and Donald Garant, sister; Mary (Bill) Turner and sister in law; Grace Garant. He was predeceased by a brother; Norman Garant Jr.
Funeral services will be Monday January 30th at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair. Visiting hours are Sunday 2:00 to 9:00 p.m.
