Terry Ann Murphy's Obituary
Terry Ann Murphy, age 70, of Marine City, passed away at home following a courageous three year battle with cancer. Terry was born March 18, 1954 to Stanley and Ilene Zalewski.
On December 20, 1974 Terry married Kevin Murphy at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Marine City and they enjoyed 49 years and 7 months of marriage. Terry formerly worked at the K-Mart in Marine City. She loved crocheting and would make blankets and dolls for each of her grandchildren and great nieces and nephews.
Terry is survived by her husband, Kevin Murphy; children, Rich (Kristen) Zalewski, Rebecca Ward and Adam (Makenna) Murphy; grandchildren, Avery Christoffersen, Carson Campbell, Meagan Murphy, Kiley Murphy, October Detkowski and Bella Campbell; mother, Ilene Zalewski; brothers, Jeff Zalewski and Eric (Jennifer) Zalewski.
She was predeceased by her father, Stanley Zalewski and brothers, Steve Zalewski and Randy Zalewski.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, July 26th at 1:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours are Thursday 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Friday 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. prior to service.
