Ted Louis Blake Chickonoski, age 47, of St. Clair, most loving husband and BEST father passed away February 7, 2012 after a long illness. He was born December 29, 1964 in Port Huron.
Ted graduated from Port Huron High School in 1983. On March 9, 1995 Ted married Jennifer Ameel.
He was employed with Semco and DTE Energy.
He is survived by his wife Jennifer, son Ted, cherished son of Joan and Arnold Chickonoski, brother Arnold and Kathy of Port Huron, sister Deborah, mother in law, Mary Ann Ameel, brothers in law and sisters in law; Kim, Bob, Fred and Trisha, Sue, Tim and Meaghan Ameel, nieces and nephews Andrea, Alexis and Jeff Hadwin, Ashley and Alizabeth Chickonoski, Clayton, Madison and Paige, Lillian, Jacob, Chella and Luke Ameel. He was preceded in death by his father in law Robert Ameel.
Funeral services will be Saturday February 11th at 9:15 a.m. at Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, China Twp. and 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Clair. Interment will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Port Huron. Visiting hours are Thursday 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Friday 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. A rosary will be said Friday at 4:00 p.m.
