Susan Kolcz (Supko) passed away peacefully on December 2, 2025. She was born in Detroit on December 11, 1948. She was married to Richard in June 1969 and remained devoted to each other ever since. Together they raised one son, and Read Obituary
Sue and I went to high school together. We were Cheerleaders and spent a lot of time hanging out together. I was deeply saddened to get the call about her passing. All of our fun times together will remain in my heart. Prayers and condolences to Richard, Brad and her family. Rest in Peace sweet Sue! 🙏🙏🥲💕
Over the holidays growing up, I was always excited when I heard Aunt Sue was coming. I can still vividly picture her wide, genuine grin and wonderful personality--a mix of sincerity and light-heartedness. I remember hanging out in the kitchen with her helping to clean up from holiday cooking and feeling at ease and like I "belonged."
I was looking forward to inviting her to our (eventual!) wedding, and I am so sad that she won't be there in body, but I know that her spirit will be at every future event, spreading cheer. She was and is loved.
Rich and Brad, I am so sorry for your loss. But yes you are right - she is with our Lord and She will now look down on you and guide you on your way. Prayers for you all.
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to have known Sue, if only for a short while. In the conversations we had, I learned just how much we shared our love of cats. I wish I had the opportunity for her to meet mine, she would have absolutely loved that. I wanted to bring one of mine over for her to meet, just so I could see the smile on her face. Her smile was big, bright, and beautiful. Lit up the entire room. My deepest condolences to Richard, her son, and her grandchildren.

She was my loving wife for almost 57 years and my life partner. I am a better person because of her. She will forever remain in my heart. I know that the Angel of Our Lord took her by the hand and guided her directly to heaven. ❤️✝️
