Steven C. Jahn's Obituary
Steven C. Jahn, age 51, of China Twp., passed away unexpectedly on June 22, 2021. He was born January 17, 1970 to Clifford and Kathy Jahn. Steven was a graduate of St. Clair High School class of 1988. He then went on to graduate from Wayne State University with a Bachelors of applied science and nuclear physics, B.A. in biology and chemistry, and B.S. in mathematics. Following college, Steven owned and operated Innovative Business Consultants (IBC Inc.) a business he started in 1994 and ran for over 30 years. He was an active member of the Masonic Lodge Evergreen No. 9, F and M serving as past master and was currently the secretary. Steven was a hard-working man with a great sense of humor.
He is survived by his children, Kaleon, Senea, Zakir Jahn; parents, Clifford and Kathy Jahn; siblings, Richard (Nancy) Jahn, Meyer (Jennifer) Jahn, Michael Jahn; nephews, Cody and Rainor Jahn, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his son, Jake.
A funeral service will take place on Monday, June 28, at 11:00 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, St. Clair. Visiting hours will be Sunday, June 27 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. As well as one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. A Masonic Service will take place Sunday at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment at Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair.
