Steven C. Bowden's Obituary
Steven C. Bowden, age 62, of China Twp. passed away July 2, 2013. He was born to the late Oscar and Carolyn Bowden on October 13, 1950. He married Komala Ali on October 4, 1997 in St. Clair Shores. He served in the military in the Vietnam era. He enjoyed sailing, cross country rides on his Harley-Davidson, and the outdoors.
He is survived by his wife; Komala Bowden, children; Mya (Steve) Beauvais, Rayna Meinheit,granddaughter; Zaena Beauvais. He is also survived by; Aunt Elsa and Uncle Jack Heeney and many other extended family.
Services will be held on Monday July 8, at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will be at Rosehill Cemetery, East China, Twp.
