Steven G. Bark's Obituary
Steven G. Bark, 67, of St. Clair, passed away March 14, 2022 after a short battle with cancer.
Steve was born on November 14, 1954 at Port Huron Hospital in Port Huron, MI to the late Melvin and Florence Bark and lived in St. Clair his entire life.
He is survived by his sons Steven Bark, Jr. of Pennsylvania, Richard Bark, of Marysville and Michelle Rickert of Marysville. He is also survived by his sisters; Sharon (Walt) Gauthier, Joann (Bob) Schunn, brothers; Dean (Darlene) Bark all of St. Clair, Brian Bark of Colorado. His girlfriend of 30 years Nancy Fox, grandchildren; Derrek, David, Travis and Nathan Bark of Pennsylvania, Amanda Fair, Andrea Rickert, Jessica Alessandri, Colette Kaiser, Anna Taylor and many nieces and nephews.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents; Melvin and Florence Bark and brothers Melvin, Gordon and John Bark.
Steve retired at 62 years old and enjoyed camping, feeding the deer along with countless birds, cutting down trees, log splitting, taking care of his families and friends dogs (he was known as the dog whisperer), having many family dinners and cookouts (fantastic cook) and going fishing with his longtime friends; Jeff Fleury and Keith McDonald.
Visiting hours will be Saturday, March 19 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp.
Memorials are suggested to St. Clair Little League.
