Stanley R. Rozborski's Obituary
Stanley R. Rozborski, age 83, of St. Clair, went home to be with his Lord on November 5, 2025, with his family at his side. Stanley was born July 3, 1942 in Hamtramck to the late Richard and Genevieve Rozborski.
Stanley graduated from Hamtramck High School in 1960 and then attended Port Huron Junior College for two years. He proudly served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War from 1964 to 1966, serving with the 20th Combat Engineers. His health in later years was significantly impacted as a result of agent orange.
On April 12, 1969 Stanley married Doris Schweihofer and they enjoyed 56 years of marriage.
Stanley was a dedicated 30 year employee at Chrysler Sterling Stamping as a metal finisher. He was a man of many talents and he was always ready to help his family and friends with his handyman skills.
Stanley is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 56 years, Doris Rozborski, his cherished brother and sister in law, Frank and Susanne Rozborski; sisters in law, LuAnn Rhein, Margaret West and Elaine Yielding; brother in law, Fred (Pat) Schweihofer and many beloved nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends. Special thanks to his wonderful caregivers, Hannah, Amanda, Shelby, McLaren Hospice and many other dedicated caregivers and doctors.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Rozborski; Father in law and mother in law, Fred and Lucille Schweihofer; brothers in law, Ed Rhein, Fred West and Jim Yielding and nephew, Anthony Rhein.
A Mass of Resurrection will be held Saturday, November 15th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clair. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
