Although I am in Texas Sophie and I were friends for almost 50 years. She was one of the first people I met when my husband and I moved to st Clair. Our kids were the same age so we shared many "joys of motherhood events". Because my family moved a lot we still remained friends even though it was thru phone calls and cards. Even though she is in God's hands she left me many gifts called memories. She will always be remembered as a "star"because friends are like stars. Sometimes you can't see them but you know they are always there. I miss you. Barb
