Shirley A. Verniers' Obituary
Shirley Verniers, age 80, of Marine City, passed away February 9, 2021. She was born June 1, 1940 in Detroit to the late Albert and Annie Bessette. Shirley worked many years at Selfridge ANG in the housing department. Her family will remember her as a hard worker who enjoyed dancing, fishing and caring for her cats, Shadow and Scarlet. Shirley’s main focus in life was her family whom she would do anything for.
She will be dearly missed by her beloved daughter, Tammy Verniers and cherished granddaughter, Courtney (Jeff) Durnil. Shirley was preceded in death by her sister, Beverly Carr.
