Sally, along with her two brothers, David and James Zweng, were raised by their parents on their family farm located on Meisner Road in China Township. Sally married Noel F. VanSlambrouck on September 8, 1962 at Holy Cross Church, and together they raised six children. Her passion was gardening and working with anything that would grow.
