Sally Jo Millard (Lough-Johnson)'s Obituary
Sally Jo Millard (Johnson) nee Lough, age 61, of Kimball, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 23, 2022 after a brief illness. She was born on August 4, 1960 to the late Richard and Ellen Lough. Sally was a graduate of St. Clair High School, class of 1978. She worked in quality control for Pine River Plastics for several years. She went on and worked in the office for Carters, Wadhams. Following her time at Carters, Sally was most recently employed for US Farathane. She married Cash Millard on August 9, 2003. Sally was an avid animal lover and gardener. She loved Christmas time, including the holiday Hallmark movies. She was a tremendous cook who enjoyed trying new recipes. Sally was a generous, kind hearted person who always put others needs before her own. Above all, Sally cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Cash; children, Candice (Sid) Bradley, Tommy (Jessica) Johnson, Christopher Johnson, Heather Atkins, Holly (Scott) Curtis; grandchildren, Sierra, Mackenzie, Cassidy, Andrew, Talan, Serenity, Liam, Hannah Jo, and the twins, Liberty and Jordyn; siblings, Janice (John) MacDonald, Jane (Jerry) Sargent, Jean (Joel) Coulthard; in-laws, Mike “Minnow” Millard, Terry (Nancy) Millard, David Millard, Sharon Brown, Rebecca Millard, as well as several special nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her niece, Jackie Sargent; great nephew, Riley Gleason; brother-in-law, James Millard.
A funeral service will be Sunday, June 26th at 3:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours will be Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
