Ruth V. Posey's Obituary
Ruth V. Posey, age 90, of Marine City, died May 11, 2011. She was born July 31, 1920 in Detroit. On August 19, 1937 Ruth Sutton married Sylvester Posey, he preceded her in death in 1981.
She is survived by her children; Lawrence "Butch" (JoAnn) Posey, Mary Lou (Larry) Prange, Jane (William) Dake, Pat (Doug) Robb and Tom (Lorrie) Posey, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ruth was preceded in death by a son Robert Posey and grandson Jake King.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday May 14th at Holy Cross Cemetery, Marine City. Arrangements by Young Funeral Home, China Twp.
