Russell Westrick's Obituary
Russell Westrick, age 88, of St. Clair Twp., died June 12, 2010 peacefully in his home.
He was born May 27, 1922 in St. Clair Twp., to Julius and Agnes Westrick. On July 3, 1943 Russell married Elizabeth Emig in St. Clair.
He is a member of United Brotherhood of Carpenters Local 1067 since 1947. He is also a lifelong member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, St.Clair.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years Elizabeth Westrick, children; Lawrence (Lori) Westrick, Patricia (Joseph) Harman, Nancy (Rob) Webb, and Mary Jane "Janie" (Jack) Tacey.
12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. Brothers; Merle Westrick and Harold (Clara) Westrick. He was preceded in death by his parents, infant daughter, infant son, Thomas, infant great granddaughter; McKenna Rae Sinko, and brother; Robert Westrick.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday June 16 at 9:45 at Young Funeral Home and 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Clair. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, St. Clair. Visiting hours are Tuesday June 15th at Young Funeral Home from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 6:00 p.m.
