Ross Maynard Frasure II's Obituary
Ross Maynard Frasure II, age 79, of East China Twp., formerly of Farmington Hills, passed away peacefully with his family at his side on July 23, 2026. He was born January 18, 1947 in Lancaster, Ohio to the late Ross Sr. and Norma Frasure.
Ross graduated from North Farmington High School in 1966 and attended Michigan State Agricultural School. He was a devoted employee of Bihan Landscaping, Livonia for over 50 years.
Ross was an avid bowler. He made many friends and traveled to numerous bowling tournaments across the country. Ross was also a big fan of the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Red Wings. Ross rarely missed a televised game and loved talking sports to anyone that shared his interest in the game. Even after moving to Michigan in his youth, Ross was a true Buckeye to the core. He had a true passion for all Ohio State sports teams. Among some of the things Ross enjoyed were fishing, watching old westerns and having breakfast at the Coney Islands and McDonald's in St. Clair.
Ross enjoyed the simple things in life that many take for granted, good friends, good food and the love of his family. Everyone that knew Ross will miss his big laugh, unusual sense of humor, and the kindness of his heart he so openly shared.
Ross is survived by his sister, Pat Biebuyck; niece, Kristyn (Brian) Tomlinson and their children, Eddie, Patrick and Grace; nephew, Michael (Kim) Biebuyck and their children, Kendall and Kaiden; his Ohio cousins, Nancy (Steve) Palsgrove, Brent Palsgrove, Carter and Kinley, Bryce Palsgrove, Tucker, Brynn (Christian) Hoffman, Sadie, Scarlett, Stetson, Dale (Rose) Belt and Mary Alice (Paul) Vandermark; and his beloved dogs Lady and Roxee.
Ross was predeceased by his brother in law, Jim Biebuyck.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 27th at 11:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, St. Clair. Visiting hours are Sunday 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
