Rodney "Rod" Kammer's Obituary
Rodney “Rod” Kammer, age 46, of Chicago, IL formerly of Allen Park, MI. Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with an illness on August 20, 2024. He was born May 10, 1978.
Rod graduated from Allen Park High School class of 1996 he then went on to the College of Creative Studies in Detroit. He was very proud of his work as an artist, he had a very different creative mind and was very dedicated to his work. Rod was also a tattoo artist and did some teaching and enjoyed everything he did.
Rod is survived by his mother, Kim (Dale) Edwards; sister, Chasity Sainato; grandmother, Barbara Kammer; niece and nephews, Allysah, Christopher Jr., Jacob, Nicholas; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Bruce Kammer.
A Graveside service will be held on Saturday September 7, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at St. Mary’s Cemetery, St. Clair with a Celebration of life immediately following at the American Legion Post 382, St. Clair. To leave a message of comfort visit www.youngcolonial.com
