Robert M. Dubay's Obituary
Robert M. Dubay, age 68, of St. Clair, died July 9, 2017. He was born August 18, 1948 in Mt. Clemens.
On February 18, 1984 Bob married Patricia Eggers. Bob proudly served his country during the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam War with the U.S. Army. He retired from Ford Motor Company following 34 years of employment. Bob continuously served his community during his 32 years as a St. Clair Lions Club member, of which he was Past President. He was also a member of the American Legion Post 382, St. Clair and was a 40 & 8 member. Bob was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Hale, Michigan. Bob also enjoyed fishing and loved spending time at his cottage in South Branch.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years Pat Dubay; children, Shelly (Mike) Berden, Timothy McKay II, Mandy (Matt) Liu and Laura M. Dubay; grandchildren, Justin, Tyler, Angelina and Mya; siblings, Richard (Mary) Dubay, Sharon (Don) DeBlouw, Patricia (Rich) Kenny and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Stephanie Dubay.
Funeral services will be Wednesday July 12th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, St. Clair. Visiting hours are Tuesday 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. and Wednesday 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at church prior to service.
