Mr. Richard "Dick" Swierkosz's Obituary
Richard "Dick" Swierkosz, age 88, lifetime resident of Casco Twp., died June 30, 2014. He was born November 12, 1925 in Casco Twp. to the late Joseph and Mary Swierkosz. Dick served with the U.S. Army during World War II. He married Dorothy Hahn on June 10, 1950 in Richmond. She preceded him in death December 5, 2007.
Dick is survived by his children, Patricia Cole, Richard Swierkosz Jr., Terri (Mike) Kashouty, Joseph (Shirley) Swierkosz and Tony (Eileen) Swierkosz, twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a brother, Stanley Swierkosz.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Phyllis, Florence and Dorothy.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday July 3rd at 10:00 a.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. Interment will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, Richmond. Visiting hours are Wednesday 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Rosary at 7:00 p.m. To leave a message of comfort visit www.youngfuneralservices.com
