Im very sorry to hear of your fathers passing, just ran across it on here. I worked at Eugene Welding from 1979 to 1998. I was a supervisor on second shift in the Tubing Department. In 1998 I got hired at Chrysler and just retired last year. I knew your Grandfather and Uncle Charles also,was a great place to work. Again my thoughts and prays go out to you. William Sedwick III
I am sorry that I was unable to attend Richard's funeral. Weather in Norther Michigan made it impossible.
I have only a few memories of Richard, but many of your parents. in particular, Betty's sparkling eyes and smile. I will be planting a native tree this spring in honor of Richard. God's blessings to you all.

Richard was generous enough to contribute the 11.5 acre parcel of land in Marysville to the Thumb Land Conservancy in 2019.
The Sanctuary is dedicated to the memory of Charles and Elizabeth Loznak, the much loved matriarch and patriarch of the family.
The current work of the Thumb Land Conservancy is to increase the number of prairie plants and introduce new prairie species to the conservancy.
