Randy William Sugars, age 17, of St. Clair passed away unexpectedly on February 25, 2010. He was born July 13, 1992 in East China Twp. Randy was in his senior year at St. Clair High School and was enlisting with the United State Read Obituary

Dear Kari,
I know there are no words that can bring you comfort at this very sad time, but I hope you can feel the love and sympathy that so many of us are feeling for you and your family. I'm sure there are many questions you need answered and many self doubts, thoughts and emotions going through your mind, such as what if.....?, or, if only I......?, or , why didn't I ......? Please take comfort in knowing that you are an excellent mom, very loving and caring and truly a beautiful person. You raised Randy as your own from a very young age and you did an excellent job. I remember when we worked ER together, Randy was the light of your life, as well as the topic of every conversation. He was a very blessed boy to have you for his mom. My heart truly aches for you and your family and if love alone could heal your heart you wouldn't be hurting. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers and Randy is now in the arms of the angels. May God comfort you and give you strength to endure.
