Patricia J. Love's Obituary
Patricia J. Love, age 86, of St. Clair, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 6, 2024. She was born September 24, 1937 in St. Clair to the late Frank and Edna (Delor) Ouellete and was raised by Edna and Ersel Hunter.
Pat worked as a process technician for Blue Water Plastics and retired after many years, always needing something to do she then went to school for medical billing in her 60's. She also enjoyed sewing (clothes, quilts, curtains), crocheting baby blankets and ornaments and ceramics. Pat played the violin, guitar, piano, and bagpipes. She would always wake up happy and ready to go, and never left the house without looking her best. She was very tech savvy and loved gardening, taking care of her flowerbeds and mowing her lawn. When Pat wasn’t working, tending to her flowerbeds or cutting her grass she would do genealogy, she has spent countless hours going through her family ancestry and would also have other people reach out to have her do their ancestry.
Pat is survived by her children, Larry Gill, Candise (Todd Sharrow) Love; grandchildren, Sabrina (Johnathon) Daft, Carrie (Patrick) Brazill, Melvin Gill, Kara Gill, Becky (Ed) Thurman, Scott Schroeder, Stacey (Chris) Edwards, as well as great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her sons, Melvin Gill, Marvin Gill; daughter, Pamela Zelenock; grandson, Shawn Gill; step father, Ersel Hunter.
Per Pat’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services will be held. To leave a message of comfort visit www.youngcolonial.com
