Pat Johns' Obituary
Pat Johns, age 85, a lifelong resident of Marine City, passed away peacefully July 27, 2026. She was born June 2, 1941 to the late George and Wanda Williams.
On October 5, 1963 Pat married Charles Johns. He preceded her in death in 1997.
A day of shopping topped off by a bowl of popcorn was an ideal day for Pat. Her main focus in life was her family. Time shared with her children, grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren was an absolute joy for Pat. Her family will cherish many beautiful memories for years to come.
Pat is survived by her children, Cheryl (Andrew) Dombecki, Tammie (Spaulding) Shepeard and Chuck (Colleen) Johns; 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild and her son in law, Bob Wierszewski.
Pat was predeceased by her daughter, Patty Wierszewski and sister, Mary McDonald.
A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, August 4th at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Marine City. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Marine City.
Visiting hours are Monday, August 3rd from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. and Tuesday 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at church prior to mass. A rosary recital will be Monday at 7:00 p.m.
