Pamela Jean Folske's Obituary
Pamela Folske of East China, passed away on November 24, 2025, at the age of 66. She was born on August 18, 1959, to Bernard and Marvel Erdman and graduated from Marine City High School in 1977.
Pamela is survived by her husband of 41 years, John; her loving daughter Amye (Nick) Kammer; and her cherished grandchildren, Ryan and Aubrey, who lovingly knew her as “Bubba.” She is also survived by her mother, Marvel Erdman, her brother Doug (Marianne) Erdman, and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Bernard Erdman, and her sisters, Yvonne Erdman and Wanda Erdman.
Pamela enjoyed quilting, sewing, gardening, farming, and reading her Bible. She also spent her time volunteering at a Christian bookstore. Most of all, she had a mother’s heart for everyone, and she especially treasured her two grandchildren and the time she spent with them.
A visitation will take place on Friday, November 28th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday November 29th with a visitation one hour prior at Young-Colonial Funeral Home, 4061 St. Clair Hwy. East China. Interment will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in New Baltimore.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Pamela’s name to the ECCO Family Bookstore which is a Christian bookstore in New Baltimore.
