Mr. Nicholas Bodany's Obituary
Nicholas Bodany, age 80, of St. Clair formerly of Warren, died May 19, 2015. Nicholas was born May 12, 1935 in Detroit to the late George and Elizabeth Bodany. On February 5, 1966 Nicholas married Johanne Cramer.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Johanne Bodany, children; Thomas Bodany, James Bodany, Nicholas “Todd” Bodany and Dina Rose, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, sister, Elizabeth Hieber, sister in law, Elfriede Bodany and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one sister and two brothers.
Funeral services will be Saturday May 23rd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, St. Clair. Rev. Ken Staib, pastor will officiate. Interment will be in Christian Memorial Gardens West, Rochester, Michigan. Visiting hours are Friday 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Young Funeral Home, China Twp. and Saturday 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at the church prior to service.
Memorials are suggested to Reverence Hospice or the Alzheimer’s Association.
